【在庫状況】
当店は実店舗でもご予約、 販売をおこなっており在庫管理にタイムラグが生じ、ご注文が完了致しましても商品が完売していることがございます。

【納期】
各ブランドによって異なりますが、 2025年10月～12月末の間となります。
また、メーカーから上記期間よりも大幅に納期が遅れる有無のご連絡があった場合には 直ちにご連絡させて頂きます。
納品スケジュールはショップごとに異なり、入荷時期が他店舗より早い、 遅いケースがございます。

【キャンセルについて】
ご注文後のお客様都合によりますカラー・サイズ変更及び返品・キャンセル等は一切お受け致しておりません。
またご予約が完了致しましてもメーカー都合 (販売中止、 減産) により商品をご用意できなくなる場合がございます。
その際は、ご入金頂いた金額をご返金しキャンセル処理致します。

初期不良などによりメーカー保証が適応されるケースでも保障申請にかかる費用 (送料・梱包費用 交通費)をお客様に

上記ブランドをはじめ保証は、メーカーの規約に沿って対応する形となり当店が独自対応することはできませんので予めご了承の程宜しくお願い申し上げます。

【デザインについて】
ご購入頂きました商品のデザイン・カラーがメーカーより予告なく変更する事が稀にございます。
万が一デザイン・カラーが変更となった場合にもキャンセル・返品等の対象とはなりませんので予めご了承の程宜しくお願い申し上げます。
またPCや携帯などの使用環境により実物のカラーと異なる見え方をする場合がございます。

【予約確定について】
入金確認ができた時点でのご予約成立となります。

◇ For customers paying by bank transfer, even if the product shows as in stock on BASE, it may have already been sold in the physical store. Therefore, please refrain from making payment until you receive a confirmation email from the store indicating that the stock has been secured.
If payment is made before receiving the confirmation email and the stock is sold out, a 10% refund processing fee will be applied to the purchase amount. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

〜 Important Notes Regarding Reservations and Online Purchases 〜
１、Stock Availability
Our store also processes reservations and sales in our physical store, which may cause a time lag in inventory management. As a result, even if your order is completed, there may be instances where the product is sold out. In such cases, we sincerely apologize, and your order will be treated as a cancellation. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

我们的商店同时处理实体店的预订和销售，这可能导致库存管理存在时间差。因此，即使您的订单已完成，也可能出现商品售罄的情况。遇到这种情况，我们深表歉意，您的订单将被视为取消处理。感谢您的理解与合作。

２、Delivery Time
The delivery time varies by brand, but it is expected to be between early October 2025 and late December 2025. If there is any significant delay in delivery beyond the above-mentioned period from the manufacturer, we will promptly inform you.
Please note that the delivery schedule may differ depending on the shop, and there may be cases where the arrival time is earlier or later than other stores.

2、交货时间  
交货时间因品牌而异，预计将在2025年10月初至12月底之间。如果厂家交货时间超出上述预期，我们将及时通知您。  
请注意，交货时间可能因店铺而异，某些情况下，商品到货时间可能比其他商店更早或更晚。

３、Cancellation Policy
We do not accept any changes to color or size, returns, or cancellations due to customer preferences after the order has been placed. 
Additionally, even if the reservation is confirmed, there may be cases where the product becomes unavailable due to the manufacturer's circumstances (such as discontinuation or reduced production). In such cases, we will refund the amount you paid and process the cancellation.

3、取消政策  
订单一旦提交，我们不接受因客户个人喜好而更改颜色、尺码、退货或取消。 
此外，即使预订已确认，因厂家原因（如停产或减少生产等），也可能导致产品无法提供。在这种情况下，我们将退还您支付的金额，并处理取消事宜。

４、Manufacturer's Warranty
There are a few brands that, even in cases where the manufacturer's warranty applies due to defects such as initial defects, require customers to bear the costs associated with warranty claims (such as shipping, packaging, and transportation costs), as stipulated in their terms. For these brands and others, the warranty will be handled according to the manufacturer's policies, and our store is unable to provide independent solutions. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
(*Please note that decisions regarding warranty eligibility and the process will follow the manufacturer's guidelines.)

4、厂家保修  
对于一些品牌，即使在因初期缺陷等原因适用厂家保修的情况下，客户仍需承担与保修索赔相关的费用（如运费、包装费和运输费），具体条款以厂家规定为准。对于这些品牌及其他品牌，保修将根据厂家政策进行处理，我们的商店无法提供独立的解决方案。敬请提前理解。

５、Design
Occasionally, the design or color of the product you purchased may be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice. In the event of such a change, the product will not be eligible for cancellation or return. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
Additionally, depending on your computer or mobile device settings, the actual color of the product may appear different from what is shown online.
